About us

I'm Izzy, founder of Eyedote.

Jewellery has always been made and worn to document our lives. What we love, what we believe in, and what we celebrate. Every piece carries what it was made for and the personal reason for wearing it.

Each collection starts with an archive exploring intention: the research, the history, the human story that shaped it. Some vintage and antique pieces are sold exactly as found, others are remodelled, allowing them to be worn, without losing what they were. Contemporary pieces are held to the same standard, made because they add something to an ongoing conversation about human nature and culture.

The intention is never to fix a piece in time or define it but to reposition it, to open it up to new references, new contexts, new interpretations. How you engage with it, style it, and carry it forward becomes part of what it is and part of Eyedote.

I studied at Central Saint Martins, where I developed my approach to jewellery design, concept design, curation, and visual storytelling. Eyedote continues from this foundation, existing as both a platform and an open project, one that invites you to engage with jewellery as a living document of the human story and in doing so, shape what our culture becomes.
